On your arrival at Rockholm, after your check-in, a Yoga consultation is arranged with our Yoga teacher. This helps create a favorable program to suit your needs and encourages you experience the goodness of transformative healing and over all well being. An interactive outline of progressive yoga, wellness yoga, yoganidra, meditation, mantra chanting and pranayama are available through the week at fixed times during the morning and evening hours.
Every day our yoga masters conduct several yoga sessions in the open yoga hall.
Meditation Sessions: We invite you to achieve complete rest. Meditation regulates the imbalance in physical body,
mind and soul. Then we will get an idea about life management.
Wellness Sessions: We invite those who are not familiar with asanas and pranayama’ to attend these sessions.
Progressive Sessions: We invite those who are experienced in asanas and pranayama to attend sessions.
There will not beany session on Sundays from 05:3O PM to 06: OO PM.
